Our FREE BERLIN Bike Tours start and end at the square in front of St. Nicholas Church (Nikolaikirche) in central Berlin. For your GPS, use Poststraße 11, 10178 Berlin. This is also where you’ll pick up your bike before the tour.

We recommend booking your FREE BERLIN Bike Tour in advance, as group sizes are limited and a minimum number of participants is required for some tours. Booking two to three days before your tour is usually sufficient, although you’re always welcome to book earlier.
Short-notice bookings may also be possible depending on availability. Simply check the available dates and book your bike tour online.

Yes. You can cancel your FREE BERLIN Bike Tour free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour begins. You’ll find the full cancellation policy in our Terms and Conditions. Light rain usually isn’t a problem – showers in Berlin are often short, and our guides have rain ponchos ready at the start of the tour.
If an official severe weather warning makes the bike tour unsafe, we’ll find a suitable solution. Depending on the situation, we can reschedule the tour or offer an alternative walking tour.

No. For our FREE BERLIN Bike Tours, you don’t need to bring your own bike. We provide comfortable, smooth-riding bicycles that are regularly inspected and maintained by our experienced mechanics. Of course, you’re also welcome to join the tour with your own bike.

Yes! Some of our FREE BERLIN Bike Tours are suitable for all age groups, including families with children. Tours 1 and 3 are particularly suitable. For younger riders, we offer different options, from trailers to tandem bikes. Just let us know in advance if you have any special requirements.
Our bike selection also includes comfortable women’s and men’s bikes with coaster brakes and freewheels, available in sizes from 24 to 28 inches.

Yes! Almost all bikes used for our FREE BERLIN Bike Tours have a basket, so you can easily bring smaller bags or personal belongings with you during your bike ride through Berlin.
If your luggage is too large for the bike basket, no problem – you can leave it safely at our office for the duration of your tour.

Our FREE BERLIN Bike Tours & Rental office is generally open every day from 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except Sundays, when we close at 3:00 p.m.
Bike rentals can also start outside these hours upon request, with returns possible until 9:00 p.m. as standard. From November through the end of February, our availability is limited.
